My goal is to provide figurines/merchandise/collectibles at affordable/reasonable prices for people within New Zealand and beyond. I get my products directly from honest distributors so bootleg/fake figures will never be an issue while shopping with HobbyCollecting.
I’ll also buy from Ebay if you really want me too. Of course, I will only order from good sellers (unless you specifically ask for bootlegs).
Please rest assured that you’re talking to an honest seller. I don’t scam and sell fakes, being a collector myself, it would be the lowest thing to do.

I DO have some terms and conditions:
- I will not take responsibility for the product after it has been posted to you. So I suggest you use an option with a tracking number when you choose postage methods
- Please do NOT ditch after telling me to import/order something. You MUST be committed to buying before asking me to place an order. I’ll let you know of prices before hand so you know what you’re dealing with. If the price drops, I’ll let you know of it.
- Please be aware that if you pay the deposit, you’re making a commitment. If you decide that you don’t want it, the deposit is not refundable.

How it works:
0. Comment on the item post or (if the item you want is not listed) on the request post, stating that you would like to order. Please state the quantity as well.
1. I take a deposit of 50% the purchase price so I know you won’t flake out. Please note that I will only place the order AFTER I receive the 50% deposit.
2. When it arrives at my place, I’ll send you photographic proof that I have it. We discuss postage or pick-up (if you’re in Auckland, New Zealand)
3. I send you the figure when I receive the remaining 50%+any additional costs such as postage, giving you a tracking no. (if applicable) to check up on your purchase.

Payment Options:
PayPal - The buyer must pay for Paypal transaction fees.
Money Order -I will not be held responsible for lost transfers. Use this method at your own risk. I do not take coins unless they are NZDs so make sure you have enough money to cover your order. Change will not be given.
Direct Transfer – The buyer must pay for bank fees. I don’t recommend this option. Bank fees tend to cost a lot unless you are in New Zealand.
Credit Card – Any additional fees charged for transfer needs to be covered by the buyer.

Payment Methods:
Full Payment: Pay the full order price. This is a hassle-free way to receive your order. Please do not worry about not receiving your order; I’m confident and proud of my honest service.
Lay-Buy: Gradual payments made after putting in the 50% deposit. There is no set amount so you can decide how much you would like to pay off.
Deposit: The standard method of payment used in HobbyCollecting. 50% deposit and 50%+any additional costs that may apply when the order arrives in New Zealand.

Shipping:
- Depending on the location and total weight of the order, the shipping cost will differ.
- I will give individual invoices about shipping cost per order. Once the shipping cost and location is confirmed, I will place the order.

Returns:
1. You can not return an item if you decide that you don’t like it. Only when it’s broken/pieces missing will I accept returns.
2. Shipping/Delivery to me must be done by the buyer. I will not pay for a return parcel.
3. If it is faulty, you must contact me within 7 days after the arrival of your purchase (when you receive it).
4. Refunds will be paid back in full. No additional compensation will be made.

Q. What currency are your prices in?
A. Currency is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Please refer to this site [Universal Currency Converter]
Q. Can I cancel my pre-orders? What if it’s a real emergency?
A. Yes, but you won’t get the 50% deposit back if you do decide to cancel.
Q. Can you hold my items and for how long?
A. I can hold each order for a fortnight (14 days) after the arrival of the order. If the rest of the payment do not arrive on/before the 14 days, it will be assumed that you have canceled and will be available for anyone else who is interested in buying it. I make exceptions for orders over $300 NZD, these orders will be held for 20 days; late payments will be handled the same; assumed canceled. DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED ONCE ASSUMED CANCELED.
Q. I really really want my items but I don’t think I can pay it off within the hold time. What should I do?
A. Email me about your circumstances. I’m a person so I do feel compassion and I do understand that things occur at the worst possible times.

Hi,
I saw your trademe listing for the Nitro+Chiral: Chiral Mori Blind Box -1 Random Box a while back. But, I’m only interested in one of the figures (Akira plain shirt) and was wondering whether you would be able to sell that specific one. I am willing to pay more for it than what you have listed. Please let me know if this is possible.

Hello there.
About the Akira, I do have x2 in my personal collection. The problem is that one of those two is missing the arms required for his cast-off look but if you have another one already, you can use the same arms. I can sell you arm-less one for $20 NZD or get you another one with arms but that costs a lot more (~$54 NZD). It seems that he has become extremely high in demand. Alternativly, I can get you the full set for $140 NZD which has a high chance of the plain shirt version.
